Information we collect
When you sign in, Clerk supplies your account identifier, email address, and display name. 4thQuarterIQ stores that identifier with the players you save, favorites you select, your most recent 50 questions and player visits, and feedback you submit.
4thQuarterIQ does not receive or store your password. When you use Ask 4thQuarterIQ, we store the football question, generated answer, broad question category, evidence and quality signals, response time, and any voluntary answer rating so we can identify failures and improve future answers. These AI-learning records are not linked to your email address or account identifier. Common email-address and phone-number patterns are redacted before storage, and records are automatically removed after the configured retention period, currently 180 days.
We may also collect limited technical and feature-usage information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
How we use information
- Provide and synchronize your My IQ account across devices.
- Save players, favorites, and recent activity you request.
- Respond to feedback and correct reported problems.
- Protect, maintain, and improve 4thQuarterIQ.
4thQuarterIQ does not sell your personal information or use your saved players and search history for third-party advertising.
Data services and sharing
Clerk processes account identity and authentication. Railway and its underlying hosting and database services operate the website and API. Expo provides mobile build and update delivery services. These providers process data only as needed to operate 4thQuarterIQ.
Football statistics may come from nflverse and other identified league-data sources; those public sports datasets are separate from your account information.
Retention and deletion
Your saved players and recent history remain until you remove them or delete your account. The mobile app and My IQ page include a control that permanently deletes your Clerk sign-in identity and the associated 4thQuarterIQ profile, saved players, favorites, history, and submitted feedback.
Operational security logs may be retained for a limited period by service providers as needed for reliability and abuse prevention.
Security
Account identity is verified server-side through Clerk, and every personal-data request is scoped to the signed-in user. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but 4thQuarterIQ uses reasonable technical safeguards and limits the data it stores.
Children and changes
4thQuarterIQ is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the product changes; the effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.
